I absolutely adore this place & the staff! This was my first experience getting eyelash extensions. I selected the classic 12c natural lashes. I did not know what to expect and I was a bit nervous that I would not be able to leave on time to catch my train back home. I had to get in an out fast. SANGITA provided excellent customer service and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. She finished on time & I did not experience any complications, burning of my eyes, etc... I love the results and will definitely return when I’m back visiting New York.

Priti’s customer service is impeccable!! She helped me get set up with the Lower Manhattan location. Answered all my questions dearly and her overall great attitude is highly appreciated!! She was superrrr attentive and receptive to what i wanted and made it happen. thank you so much!!!

When I left this place they looked beautiful, but the first week they started getting twisted, stuck, and falling off. It's been around 10 das since I did it and you can see a photo how what they look like… Update: The lash technician poorly isolated individual lashes, resulting in one extension attached to two of my natural lashes that grow at different speeds. This caused tension, with the faster lash pulling on the slower one. I’m just hoping the damage on my natural lashes will not be extreme!

This is the best eyelash extension service I’ve had thus far. I called to book an appointment and from the beginning the customer service was great - attentive and patient. When I arrived at the salon I was greeted with warmth and was attended to swiftly. I described the look that I wanted and they were able to accommodate my request. My eyelashes look amazing the and quality is impeccable. Will definitely be returning to Sumi Eyelashes!

The people were very nice but the eyelash lasted only a week and my eye was infected with the material they used. My sister who had the extension with me had the same issue. I do not recommend the shop.

Very clean and professional. People were very friendly and they did a great job. The girl who did my eyelashes was so gentle and very sweet. I'm sure I will be back!

I got a deal on Groupon for a wax for $22. Called and was told I’d have to pay an additional $70 when I get there. Not sure how that deal would end up being $90 without tip. Service fee was not listed in the fine print.

My lashes fell out after a few days. Did not last long at all. The only option they gave me was to pay for a 1-week re-fill for $80 even though it hadn't even been a full week yet. Sometimes this place is good and sometimes it's bad. Never the same quality every single time you go. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined over the years, as did their Google ratings.
